Happy Tales
Every one of these Dachshunds has been rescued by an angel...
Harley's Brave Journey Harley's Story is a great inspiration to AADR because it shows that no matter how desperate the situation, saving one life makes the ultimate difference. DeeAnn, Harley's foster mom, has included her personal account with Harley's amazing story and where he is now.Harley was found homeless and sick. He only had a 50% chance of survival. Now he is living a life of true happiness and contentment. Read More...

Peanut #3...IN
Here is a picture from Peanut, hard at work with him Mommy!
Prissy #3...PA
Prissy is a senior that I opened my heart up to last year when I saw her pretty little toothless, tailless face on Facebook. Even though she doesnât have teeth she is the ruler of our domain. She doesnât take anything from any of the dogs for she is Queen Priscilla!
Panther...NC
Thanks for checking in on Panther. She has settled in very well here and we adore her! She gets along quite well with our two greyhounds and the house cats as well as our barn cat. I work at an international equestrian competition venue here in North Carolina and Panther frequently accompanies me to work. She loves to ride in the car, truck or golf cart and will sulk, sitting by the side of the vehicle and refusing to move if not invited to come along. She travels well, and has gone with us to several horse shows.
Pepe...AL
PePe is doing great! He is a wonder little man. He is getting along very well with Daisy, also an AADR baby. We are so happy to have these sweet babies. They have filled an empty spot left when we lost our sweet Sugar ( female doxie) who was 12 years old.
Thanks,
Ginger
Peanut & Theo...CT
Boys are great! As you can see Peanut has Chris wrapped around his little paw. Theo still dances to a different drummer. Chris has taken them both to obedience school. Theo is definitely interested in trying all alternative options before deciding to do what you ask him. He is quite a character. I know if I can't see him he's probably doing something he's not supposed to. The very best thing is their close relationship with each other. We really love them and feel very lucky to have them as part of our four-legged family. I hope you and yours are happy, healthy and have a wonderful New Year.
Cheri, Chris, Peanut and Theo.
