Happy Tales
Every one of these Dachshunds has been rescued by an angel...
Harley's Brave Journey Harley's Story is a great inspiration to AADR because it shows that no matter how desperate the situation, saving one life makes the ultimate difference. DeeAnn, Harley's foster mom, has included her personal account with Harley's amazing story and where he is now.Harley was found homeless and sick. He only had a 50% chance of survival. Now he is living a life of true happiness and contentment. Read More...

Dora...MI
Dora is doing well! Here is a picture of Dora playing tug with my other Dachshund (Shannon). Dora is the black & tan. I also am sending one of Dora and Shannon cuddled up in a blanket.
Merry Christmas!

Daisy #9...NY
Just wanted u to know that daisy is adjusting very nicely. She is quite a vocal young lady, but very well behaved. This is one beautiful dog.
Daisy6...GA
She is doing so wonderful and is totally enjoying her permanent home. We are giving her all the love she deserves. She is so great at minding and loves to ride and go for walks. Thank AARD for doing all the great care for Daisy that allowed me to be able to adopt her. Our home is so much happier having her here everyday to love us and let us do our part to give her the very best home. If i can be of any future assistance please let me know. Thanks Julie
Duke5..VT
Duke is doing great! He is a love and took to our family right away! We have two other dogs and they all love to play and sleep together. We also have a cat and Duke doesn't pay any attention to him either way. My husband takes our yellow lab, Winston, to work with him at a Marina every day. Duke (the black and tan) and Elsa stay home while we are at work and keep each other company in the freedom of our warm home. Elsa & Duke sleep in our bed at night; Duke is a great sleeper and is also great in the car.

DIMPLES....SC
Bebe (Dimples)
Diane, Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that Bebe(formerly Dimples) has become a little princess. It took her a little while but she has really come out. She and Rags love each other, today Rags had to go to the vet and stay the day and she was absolutely lost. We are so grateful that she came into our life. I enjoy getting updates and mail.
Have a blessed week,
Eleanor Bradley
