Dewey #2...NY

Turbo (Dewey) has been a wonderful addition to our home. We adopted his sister Harper (May) before him and the two of them together are happy as clams! In fact as I write this they are playing together in their bed chewing on their rope toy :) We've had such a great experience adopting the two of them I would love to help promote AADR and adoption in general. Lindy #2...TN

Lindy is doing GREAT! So glad that you reached out. She and Lucy are getting along famously. Here is a typical night of snuggles after playing hard in the yard all day.She has also turned out to be a great vermin "catcher" in the yard scoring one snake and one mole - we hate both so don't mind some digging in the yard....as is evidence by her cute snout in this picture.

Looks like Cass, now Zoey is living the high life with a forever friend!! Cass was rescued from a puppymill in Alabama.

Sierra...AL

She is doing GREAT!!!!! Her new name is Lucy. Lucy is a doll. She is so loving. We go on walks around the lake every afternoon. She adores my nieces who also adore her. Most days she hangs out at my parent's house while I go to work. Lucy loves to go there to play with their dachshund Olive. They chase each other, wrestle and nap together. It is very cute. She is a fabulous napper. She has adjusted very well. She is a super friendly dog to people we meet. Lucy has added so much to my life. She is a joy. I am very grateful to have gotten her from AADR. Thank you guys for all you do in saving dachshunds. -- Looks like Sierra is sticking her tongue out at the ones who left her behind!
