Max #9...IN

Today is Max's 1 year anniversary of his gotcha day. Max is a sweet little dog. He adjusted well to living with me and he is a joy everyday. He loves to sit on my lap. He is well mannered which he learned from his foster mom. He still sleeps in his crate at night. He does new funny things everyday. The vet says he is a very fit little guy. He goes to doggie daycare during the week when I work. He loves it and his new little friend there is a puppy and Max is worn out when we get home. I think he believes that he too is a puppy. So he gets a workout everyday besides his walks. He was the center of attention when he got to walk with me in the Veteran's Day parade last year. He's such a good boy. He has one favorite toy which he is obsessed with. We can him dougie the dragon. He won't play with any of his other toys. Sometime he carries it on walks. Thank you for all the work AADR does. I always tell Max that I'm so happy that he decided to come live with me. I love him so much. Again thank you.

Oh where to begin?!? I can't believe it has been over 2 months that we have had Reilly and nearly a year that we have had Maggie (Morgan) ! Maggie first (our puppy mill survivor). Maggie physique is improving. When we got her, she had no muscle tone, she was scrawny and had no fur on her ears (her ears looked like shiny leather), her feet, or her belly. She is building her muscle tone and her fur is regrowing nicely; she finally has fur on her feet and her belly and her ears have a little bit of fur. She is a lovebug. She follows me everywhere I go; she sits with me while I cook, hoping a morsel or two will fall to the ground. She likes to sit with her humans while we watch TV, or while I do needlepoint, but she prefers her own space in the big bed. She has a stack of three feather pillows with a fleece blanket that she wraps up in. Reilly has started joining her on the pillow stack; it's hilarious! He acts like her puppy and she acts like his mother; she washes his face and his ears, and he tolerates it! She has a collection of tiny teddy bears that she treats like puppies. She keeps them all together and won't let the others touch the "puppies". I am allowed to touch the "puppies".

Mr. Wiggles "Leo"..AL

r Wiggles is doing fine. He loves the back yard and we take walks when I get home from work. He sleeps with me and gives me lots of kisses in the morning when we get up. He is very loving and friendly and loves to give kisses. I took him to the vet yesterday and he said I had a great dog, very friendly and healthy. We are a great match. I am glad we found each other. Max #10...NY

Max was adopted into a home in New York. He has a sister also that was adopted soon after him, also from AADR -- Lacy#2! We got this photo of Lacy, Max, and mom Dawn!

Morgan#2...PA

He is amazing . I take him to work with me everyday - all my customers love him . He is such a cute little boy - his hair is getting a little longer - all 5 dogs are now getting along well they all sleep together at night - Morgan was sleeping with me the first week - but he is now enjoying our home . He loves to chew on everything - literally . Thanks for letting us have him. . The boys all come home from college for thanksgiving tomorrow to meet him . We all wanted another long hair. 201402 UPDATE: He is growing every day ! He is the leader of the pack - went to his 3rd Saturday puppy play time . He is a great boy
