Magnum...RIP
I adopted Magnum in November 2023. He was an unexpected bundle of joy for our family. Magnum loved to ride in the car all day, play ball in the evening and get a hug at night before bed. When I arrived home after being out he would be waiting at the back door, run back and forth with his nose scrunched up as fast as he could go. When you picked him up it was the best kisses ever! We loved him so much and will dearly miss our little Dachshund. Thanks to Diane for entrusting us with Magnum.❤️❤️❤️ Pam

Reilly...RIP
Reilly (AADR alum: Riley-PA) 12/04/11 - 08/15/24 Thank you AADR for allowing us to be Reilly's fur-ever home. Reilly joined Maggie (AADR alum Morgan) and Bessie (who was rescued locally as a puppy) in setting the rhythm of the house. He was Bill's constant companion and side-kick. Wherever Bill was, Reilly was. In March 2023, Reilly was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He got the best possible supportive care to give him a pain-free life. We altered the family routine to accommodate his ever-changing needs. His constant companion/nemesis (Bessie) unexpectedly went to the Rainbow Bridge on 08/02/24. He declined quickly thereafter. Early in the morning of 08/15/24, he let us know he was in pain, and it was his time to go. He continued to watch Bill for guidance and comfort. Bill held him close as we told him we loved him. We told him Maggie and Bessie were waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge. Until we meet again; run and play without pain, Reilly! You and your sisters are deeply missed! Anne and Bill Lendzinski Thank you, Diane, for giving us the guidance and support we needed to successfully transition Reilly into a wonderful pet/family member! He was far too young to go, but I'm thankful we were able to give him 10 good years. Anne and Bill

Trixie Anne ....RIP
Trixie Anne There she was, on the AADR website May 2011, looking right at me. Trixie, with her one blue and one brown eye, a look that startled me. Then, it made me smile. A few weeks later, Trixie Anne was mine to love and spoil for the next 13 years. Friendly, loved everyone she met. Always up for a walk, or a lap to sit on. Never easy, but it was time to say goodbye when Trixie Anne crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on August 29, 2024. I know she is in good company, playing with her Doxie sisters, Ruby Anne, Olive Anne, and Carly Anne. I love and miss you all. Thank you, Monica

Poncio Jones Schnorenberg, RIP 9/27/2023
Sometimes a very special dog enters our lives, and we call ourselves blessed. Poncio got his wings and deserved them so! Forever Love: Merritt, Tim, Drue and May
