UPDATED BIO: Toby is a very sweet boy but he'll take some time to warm up so he needs someone that understands he's been through a lot and needs time to fit in with his new family. Toby's dream is to belong to one person with no other dogs, but he will tolerate another dog after the warm up period. So, if you are a single lady or man looking for a buddy, Toby could be that dog. He's housebroken, but at first might have some submissive peeing, but when he knows he can trust you, that goes away. We prefer that his new home to be close enough to TN where the foster mom can meet the new family for Toby. He will love you unconditionally!

What can we say about Toby... he's a perfect young man, he's sweet, loves his people and gets along with male and female dogs, small and big. You can't go wrong with this guy!

Toby walks well on a leash and would be fine in an apartment or in a home with a fenced yard. What he cannot be allowed to do is run loose or get loose as he is a runner and can run like the wind. He's shy at first but show him some kindness and all he wants to do is suck up the love. He loves lying on the couch and will sleep there all night long and be waiting for you in the morning. 

Sadly, Toby was adopted out 3 years ago but his mom passed away so he found himself homeless again. We are determined to find him another home where he'll be loved for forever and ever.
