BIO:
If you are looking for a sweet and quiet dachshund, then Bailey is the little girl for you! She LOVES to go on walks and explore in the back yard. She would love to find a home that may have another small dog. She also would be fine as an only dog. She is petite and weighs only about 9lbs. She was very timid the first day she was in our home and now she is getting into her routine and she is really becoming a playful and flirty little girl! She LOVES to be held and will follow you around the house. She is spayed, microchipped, and current on her shots.
We will not adopt into the state of CT, RI or MA due to strict laws regarding importation of dogs into those states. If you have an issue with this you need to take this up with your legislatures.
We are now approved to adopt/foster in the state of NH but adopters will have to pay health certificate fee of 35.00 once to get the dog to our quarantine facility and another 35.00 fee to get the dog out of quarantine after two days.
Please Read Before You Adopt to learn more about transportation options. If you are interested in adopting this Dachshund please Read Before You Adopt and Fill Out an Application. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN A RESCUE.
Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast or up and down the West Coast. We just can't get them from one Coast to the other but some day we hope to have enough volunteers to do that as well for now please look for dogs on your coast.
Out of State and Canadian adopters are welcome. We do not ship our dogs cargo. You will have to make arrangements to pick up the dog or for them to go by ground transport.
