BIO (11/4/2018): Lillie came into rescue because her male owner died. His death was a traumatic experience for her and she lost her hair. When her foster mother picked her up, Lillie was shaking in her crate. She soon acclimated to her foster home because of her 4 foster pack mates. She is now a lively, loving, little pup! She loves spending time with her foster family, especially her foster dad. She likes nothing more than feeling a part of whatever is going on in the household. She is very playful with her foster pack. She loves to snuggle with anyone who is available – dog or foster parent!
Lillie will sleep in a crate but she prefers to sleep in the big bed with her family. She is trained to a doggie door but needs some work to make sure she uses it on cold or rainy days. Any children in the home will need to be 10+ years old and respectful to dogs. She needs a fenced yard so that she can run around with her pack mates and protect her turf from varmints that may be in the area.
Lillie would be better in a home with man who wants to spend time with her however, she will thrive in any loving home. If you show her some patience and love, she will give it back to you tenfold. Please consider making her the newest member of your family!
