BIO UPDATE (2-26-2018): Willy has become quite the little love bug! He adores lap time and while not a kisser himself, he will snuggle in and lay his head against my face for hugs and kisses from me. Willy is great on a leash and loves going for walks! When he wakes in the morning, he hops around the bed like a rabbit until someone gets up to take him out. He does well with house-training as long as he is taken out consistently. He has not picked up on the use of pee pads, but he is not a marker either. Having Willy is like having a forever puppy without puppy chewing!
BIO: Say hello to Willy, the sweetest little gentleman you will ever have the pleasure to meet! Willy is low key and ready to enjoy life in his forever home. He has a surprising deep woof for his small size, but he is not a nuisance barker. Willy loves to cuddle and will spend as many hours sitting with his human as possible. He is ever so gentle taking treats from your hand. He gets along well with both male and female dachshunds in my home. His small size makes him easily carried anywhere.
Willy is doing well with house training and will benefit from being taken outside on a schedule. The weather has been too bad to determine his like for the outdoors yet, but he readily goes out to take care of business when given the opportunity.
Willy was surrendered from his owner in Ohio who didn’t have enough time to spend with him and his companion. This boy is so sweet and good, you may never want to let him out of your sight! Willy won’t be available very long, put in your application now!
