HERE THEY ARE!! If you want a pair of gorgeous longhairs that have wonderful personalities then you have found the right two. They get along with all the other fosters both male and female, they are housebroken and are just the most laid back pair I've ever fostered. They are sweet and friendly once they know that you are going to be ok with them. They are happy and just fit right in here. THEY ARE VERY BONDED AND CAN NOT BE SPLIT UP. For that reason we are only asking 450.00 adoption fee for the both not the 550.00 that their fee would be if adopted out separately. They two sleep together, eat together and go outside and everywhere together. I've never had a pair that have been as bonded as this pair. I can't say enough good about them. They came from AL where they were surrendered by someone that got them from someone else. We want the best home for these two will you be that home. More questions or want to see more pics just e mail me and I'll be happy to help you out. DON'T LET THESE TWO GET AWAY!! Out of State and Canadian adopters are welcome. We do not ship our dogs cargo. You will have to make arrangements to pick up the dog or for them to go by ground transport. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN A RESCUE.

Good with Dogs
AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.
Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
