Picasso is a great little dachshund, he will keep his promises and more. He is always happy, loves to play outside, is good on a leash, loves to snuggle. He is happy doing anything as long as he can be near his owner. The person who adopts Picasso will get a devoted companion. He'll be fine as an only pet or also happy with other small dogs. Picasso is a sweet, loving, and playful Lil dog. He has so much love to give to anyone and everyone. He loves to play, go for walks and go for car rides and acts like a puppy! He will chase a ball for hours on end. He snuggles under the covers with you, and loves to give kisses. He gets along great with other dogs and new people coming in the house. He is housebroken, and lets you know when he has to go by waiting by the door. He has so much personality he has us laughing all the time. He's a bit of a goof ball, and will melt your heart in an instant. If you have any questions about Picasso, please feel free to email me anytime. Thanks! We will not adopt into the state of CT or MA due to strict laws regarding importation of dogs into those states. If you have an issue with this you need to take this up with your legislatures. We are working hard to get approved to bring dogs into the state of NH and until that happens we can not adopt to anyone in that state either. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten. Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend. We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
