BIO: Rascal is an adorable little boy that would do just about anything to please you. He was surrendered from a very bad situation where his owners divorced and passed him and his life mate back and forth and moved into several homes in just a few months. Rascal suffers from separation anxiety because of the confusion his owners put him through. To top off his difficult plight, his life partner died and he was left alone. This just added to his misery. He has been a foster of mine for about three weeks and has made huge improvements since he has come into my home. He is well loved and is learning to trust that we are not leaving him.
Rascal is really not what his name says of him. He is very loving and attentive. He is also very playful and loves to go outside for walks. If you love to walk, this is your companion! He gets along well with other dogs but thinks cats are fun to chase so I don’t trust him around cats. He has never had interaction with small children and because of his separation anxiety I think that small children would not be a good fit for his personality. He is still a young guy with many years of love and companionship left to share with the right owners. Please consider giving Rascal the chance to have a happy loving home that he so much deserves.
