When he gets over tired, he does get "bitey" - we have been able to combat this by giving a "puppy nap" time out. His chewing is very easily re-directed with a clap of the hands - he knows this means "no" and will pick up a nearby toy and continue his "chew".
Housetraining - He does well when kept on a schedule - he knows how to use a doggie door.
Leash Training - Coming along very well - attention span is short, so walks need to be short.
Renny is good with kids - mine range from 3 1/2 to 11 years old. He is a fast mover with sharp puppy teeth; therefore, adult supervision is recommended at all times.
I feel Renny would do best in a household with another dog to play with - he loves his "human" playtime, but REALLY enjoys playing with our 3 year old PB doxie - Cooper.

We have volunteers that will help your "new friend" get up and down the East Coast and mid-west. We just can't get them from one coast to the other. For now, please look for dogs on your coast.
