Don't let my name fool you... I can keep up with the best of them and I beat my brother up almost daily! My foster mom thinks I’m a Doxidor (Dachshund and Labrador Retriever). Mom is NOT saying who dad was, but we know he’s not in the picture. Foster mom thinks I’ll be about 25-30 pounds when I grow up. My mom, Ellie, will also be on the website soon looking for her forever home. We came from a very rural East TN shelter where mom was dumped and we were born. They knew at the shelter that in order for us to stand a chance, we had to go to rescue, so AADR was contacted and they said yes…our lucky day!
I’m a little bundle of energy, but I love to cuddle too, do you? I love to play with my brother and play with toys… my wish list for a forever home is a fenced in yard because I need room to run like the wind and another young playmate. No apartments for me please since I need a fenced yard. Oh, and it would help if someone could be home quite a bit to help me with housebreaking, I can’t do it on my own. It would be ideal if you had a doggie door, but I know that’s asking a lot. I’m doing well with puppy pad training, but you’d need to continue helping me.
If you want more info about me, please contact my foster mom at aadrpresident@gmail.com. She’ll tell you what a great guy I am and all the things you need to know about giving me my new home.
